Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for a portfolio of retail locations in the Indianapolis area. You will diagnose HVAC issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support lighting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as part of CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services team.

The role requires EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair experience.
Ability to travel between Indianapolis locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore performance and minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Respond to service requests and complete corrective maintenance across multiple retail locations in the Indianapolis area.
Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting systems and related components.
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance as needed.
Review work orders, estimate labor and materials, and document completed work.
