Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across 19 retail locations in Open NE Route 02.

You will service a fleet of 31 HVAC units across rooftop units, air handlers, and condensers from Carrier, Trane, York, Rheem, Bryant, and ICP, traveling between sites with no mandatory overtime. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years' related experience, valid driver's license, and EPA Section 608 Type II or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of related HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems across 19 retail locations.
• Service approximately 31 units: 27 rooftops, 2 air handlers, 2 condensers; diagnose and repair.
• Review work orders, estimate labor/materials/time, and track completion.
• Assist with installation and modification of HVAC equipment; ensure code compliance.
• Inspect installations for safety and client requirements; communicate status to stakeholders.
