Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and service a portfolio of facilities across multiple client locations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on HVAC and related building systems, bringing a residential HVAC background with some commercial experience to the role. This position emphasizes independent work, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety and industry standards while expanding commercial skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license.
Willingness to lead or supervise.
Proven ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
Review work orders; estimate time and materials; maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operational standards.
