Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet or exceed design life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance.
