Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Hybrid Mobile Technician to maintain HVAC and building systems across multiple commercial locations. The role includes light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work with official company tools and a company vehicle.

Providing preventative maintenance and repairs, you will document activities and ensure safety standards are met. The position requires a High School Diploma or trade certification, EPA/CFC certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or trade school certification with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal EPA or CFC Certification with hands-on experience on self-contained refrigeration.
• Basic knowledge of light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing for a hybrid role.
• Must meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladder climbing, lifting 50 lbs+.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset; ability to analyze issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC/R equipment and general building systems across multiple locations.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to meet codes and safety standards.
• Repair equipment, determine actions for modifications, and perform related electrical/plumbing work.
• Complete maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company vehicles in daily tasks.
• Share HVAC/Refrigeration knowledge and mentor others.
• Uphold CBRE culture and professional standards.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
