Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to comply with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best actions for modifications and repairs.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance and document maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily work responsibilities.
• Explain complex information clearly to team members and clients.
