Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and service a portfolio of facilities across multiple client locations. The role emphasizes residential HVAC expertise with room to grow commercial skills, and relies on independent work across sites.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on HVAC and related systems while delivering high-quality service and safety compliance. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to expand commercial HVAC skills beyond residential work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design specifications and client requirements.
• Review inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values to build consensus.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams within policies.
