CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and service a portfolio of facilities across multiple client locations. The role emphasizes residential HVAC expertise with some commercial exposure, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety practices.
