Job summary

JLL in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Mobile Engineer with a strong focus on operating, maintaining and repairing facility systems. You will demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades and work across multiple crafts to support client occupancy and operations.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, safety discipline, and the ability to use CMMS systems such as Corrigo, submit daily receipts, and communicate effectively with site personnel and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems.
• Record readings and adjust to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on pricing and work quality.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
• Utilize Corrigo CMMS for all work performed.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
