Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across HVAC, electrical, and other systems in our Spokane, WA properties.

The role requires multi-skill capabilities in electrical, HVAC or related fields, with strong safety discipline and the ability to engage with clients while supporting building operations. Expected compensation is provided and the job emphasizes hands-on maintenance and timely response to operational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Minimum of four years' experience in the electrician trade or related field - or minimum of four-years' experience in the HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field.
• Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Record readings and adjust equipment for proper operation.
• Assist Facility Management during emergencies and safety events.
• Submit receipts and update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS systems to document work performed.
