Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Austin, TX to maintain and repair facility HVAC, electrical and related systems. You will perform preventive and corrective work orders, monitor contractor performance and ensure safe, efficient building operations.

The role requires multi-skilled capabilities across electrical, HVAC and related trades, with strong safety discipline and the ability to work in a dynamic facilities environment at client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years' experience in the electrician or HVAC/refrigeration field.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems including mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Monitor work quality of contractors and ensure safe operation.
