Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and related systems across Dallas-area facilities. You will perform preventive work orders, diagnose issues, and ensure energy-efficient operation with minimal downtime.

Requirements include 4+ years in building engineering focusing on HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical, CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building engineering experience with a strong HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical maintenance background.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and related building components.
• Complete daily P-card receipts and update work orders in CMMS in real time.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
