Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities to maximize efficiency and life expectancy. You will help minimize downtime by anticipating repairs and keeping detailed maintenance records.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe, energy-efficient operation of building systems. CMMS experience and universal CFC recovery certification are required.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related facilities.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time and submit receipts daily.
• Utilize Corrigo CMMS for all work performed.
