Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility HVAC and electrical systems at our Houston sites. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operating various building systems to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in electrician or HVAC trades, a high school diploma, and strong safety awareness. On-site duties include driving, inspections, and collaboration with Facility Management to support client occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years’ experience in the electrician trade or related field – or four-years’ experience in the HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC and electrical systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust operations to ensure proper equipment function.
• Assist Facility Management during emergencies and safety incidents.
• Utilize CMMS systems for work order updates and reporting.
