Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC trades or related field.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and building systems on site.
• Operate and inspect equipment; use CMMS to update work orders and reports.
• Assist with safety and incident response and report findings to management.
