Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Mt Vernon/Seattle, WA to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and reduced downtime through proactive repairs and records of past operations.

The technician will perform preventative and repair work orders, manage inspections, comply with safety protocols, and support after-hours activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical experience in building engineering and HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and related systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and electrical, plumbing, and associated building components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely remediation.
• Submit management summaries and action recommendations.
• Familiarize with building automation, fire/life safety systems, and related equipment.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support after-hours building activities as required.
• Attend periodic training seminars.
