Job summary

Qualifications
- Ability to perform all work using the proper PPE.
- Serve as a client-facing representative delivering HVAC services and supporting facility operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy (Word/Excel).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Monitor contractor work quality and prices.
- Record readings and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct facility inspections and document conditions.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with emergency situations and escalate issues as needed.
- Attend safety meetings and perform other duties.
