Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility HVAC and electrical systems on-site in Spokane, WA. The role emphasizes operating, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance of building equipment.

You will work within the Facility Management team, perform preventive and corrective tasks, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC and electrical maintenance experience or related field
• Ability to operate and maintain facility systems daily
• High school diploma and trades schooling as required

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems and electrical distribution equipment and related components.
• Monitor workmanship quality and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Record readings and adjust to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the Facility Management team during emergencies and safety incidents.
