Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Amarillo, TX seeks a Mobile Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility systems with emphasis on HVAC, electrical and related equipment. The role requires hands-on technical skills across multiple trades and timely response to client requests.

You will operate and service building systems, document readings, coordinate with external contractors, and support safety programs while keeping operations running smoothly for our clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work using proper PPE and safety protocols.
• Strong client-facing communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and repair work orders for facility systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution and plumbing as assigned.
• Record readings and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor outside contractors for pricing and quality of work.
• Update work orders in Corrigo CMMS daily and accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
