Job summary

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, monitor contractor work, document readings, and support the Facility Management team during emergencies and routine operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college or trade schooling required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing as assigned.
• Monitor outside contractor work quality and pricing.
• Record readings and adjust equipment for proper operation.
• Assist Facility Management during emergencies and safety events.
• Update work order status in CMMS and communicate with customers.
