Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trades or related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment and building systems.
• Record readings, monitor performance and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally; assist with safety and emergency procedures.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) to log work and update status in real time.
