Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience; combination of education and relevant experience considered in lieu of a diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems across 19 retail locations.
• Service and maintain ~31 HVAC units: 27 rooftops, 2 air handlers, 2 condensers.
• Diagnose and repair equipment from Carrier, Trane, York, Rheem, Bryant, and ICP.
• Review work orders and estimate labor, materials, and time; track completion.
