Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a HVAC Mobile Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs.

You’ll perform inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance while adhering to codes and safety standards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are expected, with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. Valid driver's license required.
• EPA 608 Universal.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more and ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive perspective.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify best course of action for modifications.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Operate company-issued vehicles for daily work responsibilities.
