Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to manage and maintain HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across Rockville, MD. You will execute preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure energy efficiency and safety while minimizing downtime.

The role requires four+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R expertise, plus a universal CFC recovery certification and a high school diploma.

Qualificações

• Four+ years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study and become familiar with equipment and methods used daily.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card Receipts Daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed.
• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
