Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and thorough record-keeping.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and coordinate with facilities teams. A valid driver’s license, CFC certification, and 4+ years of building engineering

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair.
Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related equipment.
Inspect equipment and areas, report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
Update work order status in real time and submit daily receipts.
Use CMMS for all work performed and carry a valid driver’s license.
Be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
