The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC/R knowledge, electrical and plumbing skills, and experience with CMMS tools. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting JLL’s building operations in the Martinsville

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required, trades school/apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain records of past operating experiences and repairs.
• Call for on-call coverage as needed.
