JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in Martinsville, VA. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimized downtime through proactive repairs and thorough record-keeping.

With at least 4 years in building engineering and a universal CFC recovery certification, you will troubleshoot and service supermarket refrigeration and related systems, supporting on-call shifts and on-site operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing experience.
• Trades school or apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration and HVAC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical and plumbing.
• Study equipment and learn proper use of tools for daily tasks.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver1icense; be on-call as required.
