Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Martinsville, VA seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration and related systems across assigned facilities. The role focuses on energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and rapid repair of building equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements include a Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days), 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R expertise, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and related grounds.
• Submit P-card Receipts Daily; update work order status in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
