Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Tallahassee, FL to support multiple commercial facilities. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC and related systems across several sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, EPA Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Local travel within roughly one hour of home is expected. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HVAC and building maintenance experience, preferably in commercial HVAC environments.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and handyman skills, including light plumbing and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance levels.
• Travel between multiple customer facilities to perform scheduled maintenance, service, and repairs.
• Record equipment readings, identify problems or safety hazards, and make necessary adjustments or corrective repairs.
