Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician in Nashville, TN, onsite with travel within the Nashville area (up to 2 hours away, mostly within an hour). You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2–4 years of experience with commercial systems, EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Travel and safety-compliant work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel between facilities to support ongoing maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, readings, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.
