Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple commercial properties. The role requires strong experience with commercial HVAC systems, general building upkeep, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

The candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with rooftop units, split systems and chillers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• May require shift work/on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Travel between multiple sites using company vehicle or own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure safety compliance.
