Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Mobile Engineer 2 for a global real estate and facilities management leader. Based in Mobile, AL, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and building systems across client sites.

Travel is required within the Mobile territory, with routine CMMS handling and on-call rotation. You will work with electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems while building strong client relationships and identifying energy-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial building engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of MEP systems, building automation systems, and commercial facility maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
• Maintain and service building systems including electrical, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Travel to multiple client locations within an assigned territory using a company vehicle.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities utilizing CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
• Build strong client relationships while identifying operational improvements and energy-saving opportunities.
