Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment and learn proper usage for daily activities.
• Perform inspections and due diligence on client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Use Corrigo CMMS for all work performed.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
