Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment at assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime, with ongoing preventive and repair work and CMMS-driven work orders.

The position requires strong multi-discipline skills in HVAC/R, electrical, and piping, plus a valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R technical experience in building engineering.
• Four years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders for facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Study equipment and usage methods to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Carry out facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Maintain real-time work order status and use CMMS for all tasks.
