Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across facilities in the Lancaster, PA region. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, minimizing downtime, and proactive repairs to extend equipment life.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, maintain records, and use CMMS software. A valid driver’s license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment background.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
Study equipment and use methods required in daily activities.
Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
Update work order statuses in real time.
