Job summary
JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities in Statesville, NC. You will perform preventive and repair work orders, ensure energy efficiency and safe operation, and support uptime for building systems.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC/R, maintaining electrical distribution and plumbing, and documenting work in CMMS systems.
Qualifications
- Universal CFC recovery certification required
- Minimum of 4 years of building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical experience
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration
- High school diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems
- Operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment
- Study equipment and learn the methods required to use them properly
- Perform facility inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions impacting occupancy
- Submit P-card receipts daily
- Update work order status in real time
- Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed
- Possess and maintain a valid state driverâs license
- Be available for call-in work and other duties as required
