Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Toledo, OH to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and records of past experiences.

You will perform preventive and repair work, maintain HVAC/R systems, and use Corrigo CMMS for work orders while coordinating with the building team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Performance of ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Study and become familiar with the equipment and the methods required to use them properly in daily activities.
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card Receipts Daily; Update work order status in CMMS (Corrigo).
