Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and reducing downtime through proactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing knowledge, plus CMMS experience. This on-site position is based in Dayton, OH, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of system design and application.
• Experience in commercial refrigeration/refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Operate, repair and maintain HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect and report conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Utilize CMMS systems for work order tracking and updates.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; be available for call-in work.
