Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across assigned facilities. The role focuses on energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime, requiring multi-skilled expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, universal CFC certification, 4+ years of engineering experience, and CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment and building infrastructure.
• Study equipment and methods to be used in daily activities and ensure proper usage.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS systems for all work performed (e.g., Corrigo).
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
