Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to join our on-site facilities team in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on operating, inspecting and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment to maximize efficiency and uptime.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in building engineering with HVAC/R, holds universal CFC recovery certification, and can troubleshoot commercial refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration.
• Universal CFC recovery certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Update work orders and track status in CMMS.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence and report findings.
