Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Lincoln, NE is seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across HVAC and related systems. The role requires multi-skilled abilities and safe work practices, with hands-on duties in electrical, plumbing and building systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document readings, work with Corrigo CMMS, and respond to client requests promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in the electrician trade or related field – or minimum of four-years’ experience in the HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field.
• HVAC universal CFC recovery certification (within 90 days of employment).
• Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Record readings and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Use Corrigo CMMS to update work orders and track issues.
• Assist with safety and compliance tasks and respond to inquiries.
