Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration and building systems across Nashville-area facilities. The role focuses on energy efficiency, safe operation, and minimal downtime through proactive repair planning.

Responsibilities include preventive work, system repairs, CMMS updates, and documentation. A valid state driver’s license and on-call availability are required for this mobile role.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Study equipment and methods to ensure proper daily use and maintenance.
• conduct inspections and due diligence to inform client occupancy and operations.
