Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime with proactive repairs.

Daily duties include preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and updating work orders using Corrigo CMMS. On-site role with standard hours and on-call availability; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC/R and building systems maintenance experience.
• Must hold Universal CFC recovery certification or obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Advise on energy efficiency and life cycle of equipment; keep records of history.
• Use CMMS tools to update work order status in real time.
