Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities, prioritizing energy efficiency and uptime.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, use CMMS systems like Corrigo, and participate in on-call shifts, while adhering to safety policies and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• 4+ years of technical building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Operate and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment and distribution systems.
• Study equipment and learn proper operation methods for daily activities.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily.
