Job summary

JLL seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role focuses on energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and reliability improvements.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, manage CMMS records, and coordinate with teams to ensure optimal facility performance.

Qualifications

Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
Study equipment and methods to ensure proper daily operations.
Perform facility inspections and due diligence for client occupancy and operations.
Submit P-card receipts daily.
Update work order status in real time.
Use CMMS such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Be available for on-call work and other duties as required.
