Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to join the field service team. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties, delivering reliable service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, at least 2 years in HVAC/appliance repair, EPA certification, own tools, and a valid US driver's license. US residency required; onboarding will be completed with a vendor representative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory).
• Own tools and reliable vehicle required (truck, van, or SUV).
• Must reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
