Job summary

JLL's Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician role in Jersey City, NJ focuses on operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across assigned facilities to maximize equipment life and energy efficiency.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, monitor building automation and safety systems, and ensure compliance with safety rules while delivering responsive service to tenants and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in electrician trade or HVAC/refrigeration trade
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform work at heights

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair orders on facility systems
• Maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and interiors/exteriors
• Operate building automation and fire/life safety systems
• Record readings and manage daily work orders in Prism
• Ensure safety rules and incident investigations are followed
