Job summary

JLL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across HVAC systems. The role requires multi-skilled capability in Electrical, HVAC, and Piping/Plumbing to complete daily tasks.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, maintain HVAC and electrical systems, and inspect facilities to ensure client occupancy and operations run smoothly. The job is on-site in Jackson, MS with 24x7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical training/degree.
• Universal EPA / CFC license.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related building components.
• Familiarize with equipment and building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
