Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and维护 HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities, focusing on energy efficiency and safety. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, safety compliance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.

The position requires four years of building engineering experience, EPA 608 Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 80 lbs. Overtime and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• State driver’s license required.
• Type II EPA 608 certification.
• At least four years of building engineering experience.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and climb 30 ft.
• Willing to perform on-call duties and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain energy efficiency and safety; minimize downtime.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior/exterior areas and fixtures.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Prepare management reports on conditions found and actions recommended.
• Learn and apply building automation and life-safety systems.
