Job summary

JLL in Los Angeles is seeking a Mobile Engineer who will operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility systems across HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The role requires technical expertise in one craft and multi-skills in others.

You will perform preventive and corrective work orders, monitor equipment, work with the Facility Management team during emergencies, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or trade schooling preferred.
• Four years' experience in electrician or HVAC trade or related field.
• Ability to perform work with PPE and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain HVAC and associated equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and grounds.
• Record readings, monitor contractors, and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and assist in emergency situations.
